Return Policy
- Returns are allowed up to 30 days after purchase.
- US customers have the option to purchase a prepaid shipping label for $9.00. We will deduct this charge from your return.
- Refunds are on the products purchased only. If you paid for shipping with your original order, shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake with your order.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Clearance sale items cannot be returned. These items have prices in red.

DETAILED RETURN POLICIES
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- All clearance items (prices marked in red) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items purchased as part of a Buy-One-Get-One Free (BOGO) offering: if you return the non-discounted item, the returned item will not qualify for free returns; $7 will be deducted from your refund for shipping; in addition, the amount of your refund will deduct the discount provided on the discounted product
- Any shipping, order, or product problems — including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, assembly issues, or custom skateboard graphics not to the customer's satisfaction — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier.
- Skateboards: Returns of complete skateboards and skate decks with grip tape applied will be assessed a restocking fee of $12.99 upon return. These products are custom assembled by Daddies and some components may no longer be sellable. This restocking fee will be assessed after your return is processed and will not appear in the amount to be refunded that you see when you are submitting a refund request.
- If an item is purchased as part of a promotion where additional items are discounted with the purchase of a certain type of item (e.g. buy a t-shirt and get 20% off your entire order), a return of the promoted item (e.g. the t-shirt) will disallow the discount provided on the entire order (the discount will be removed from your order on the remaining items kept).
- ALL OC Ramps products are shipped and fulfilled by OC Ramps. ALL customer service, warranty claims and returns must go directly through them.
- Items attempted to be returned to Daddies Board Shop ("DBS") but not actually delivered to a DBS facility will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes packages that were sent empty or with alternate products, even if scanned in at a DBS facility and with a DBS return label. A scan of a delivery return label at a DBS facility does not constitute actual receipt of the items attempting to be returned. It is in DBS’s sole discretion to determine whether or not purchased products have been returned to a DBS facility, and in the event DBS determines that items have not been returned, no refund for the products or shipping will be provided. Packages with or without purchased items sent to a non-DBS facility will remain the responsibility of the customer and there will be no refunds provided, without exception. If product was returned to a non-DBS facility, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to arrange for the return of the product to DBS if they wish to receive a refund, subject to this Return Policy.
- Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
