You can cancel an order if we haven’t already begun to process it. We often begin processing orders just a few minutes after they are placed so please hustle!
Here's what to do:
1. Click the "View your order" button on your order confirmation email to visit your Order Detail Page or you can go to the Order Status page HERE and enter your order number and email address. Click on the Order Track link to view your Order Detail Page.
2. If you see a "Cancel Order" option in the middle of the screen, click it. Your order will be canceled and payment refunded. If you do not see a Cancel Order option, your order is already in the warehouse for processing and it’s too late to cancel. If you can’t cancel, please check out our return policy here.
We are not able to change items on an order. Instead, you can either cancel your order (see above) if it isn’t already being processed or you are welcome to return it subject to our return policy
Yep – if the order isn’t in processing (we start processing quickly so please make any changes quickly).
Here's how you do it.

2. If you see an "Update Address" button under your shipping address, click it. If you do not see an Update Address option, your order is already in the warehouse for processing and the shipping address can’t be changed.
You can return products up to 30 days post purchase; you can return them 60 days post purchase if placed between November 1 and December 18
Sales are final on clearance items – these can’t be returned. Sorry.
We aren’t able to exchange items but you can return items subject to our returns policy.

We ship fast! Orders ship out the same day if placed before 3pm ET on a Business Day.*
Business days exclude federal holidays and weekends.
If there is a billing issue with your order, we will contact you within one Business Day of your order being placed and then will ship the order after resolution.
In the seven days after Thanksgiving, some orders will take up to two business days to ship out. And if there are events beyond our control – e.g. carrier shutdowns due to strikes or adverse weather – shipments may be delayed.

Please note that certain brands cannot be shipped internationally.
Step 1: Check with your neighbors or, if applicable, your building’s front desk or mail room.
Step 2: Wait 3 days to see if the package arrives. Sometimes carriers make scanning mistakes but then quickly figure them out and get the package to the right place.
Step 3: In the vast majority of cases, Steps 1 and 2 will do the trick. But if they don’t and 3 days have passed since the tracking info shows that the package has been delivered, email us at help@daddiesboardshop.com to discuss. Please include your order number in the email.
In-store pickup is temporarily unavailable. But you are more than welcome to come into the shop and make a purchase like usual. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
