Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order if we haven’t already begun to process it. We often begin processing orders just a few minutes after they are placed so please hustle!
Here's what to do:
1. Click the "View your order" button on your order confirmation email to visit your Order Detail Page or you can go to the Order Status page HERE and enter your order number and email address. Click on the Order Track link to view your Order Detail Page.
2. If you see a "Cancel Order" option in the middle of the screen, click it. Your order will be canceled and payment refunded. If you do not see a Cancel Order option, your order is already in the warehouse for processing and it’s too late to cancel. If you can’t cancel, please check out our return policy here.
Order Changes
We are not able to change items on an order. Instead, you can either cancel your order (see above) if it isn’t already being processed or you are welcome to return it subject to our return policy
